It is for this reason, we issue a full refund (excluding the postage and courier charges) for the unopened returned products within 10 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange for any opened or used products. The responsibility of any damage caused to products after delivery is not assumed by Yogini Ayurveda. The refund of the product price is the sole discretion of Yogini Ayurveda depending upon the claims made while posting a return request.

To ensure the ordered products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we pack the products appropriately in sturdy boxes.

In how much time can I expect the ordered product to be delivered?

We process all orders within 1 business day and they are ready to be sent t0 the customers. For Indian orders, you can expect delivery between 3-7 working days and for international orders between 3-10 working days.
